I booked a two hour session with Laura because I needed help dealing with a number of historic and one new sports related injury. I hadn't realised how tight some of my muscles were but through massage and manipulation of my limbs, Laura was able to work on all these areas and just loosen some of that tension in my body. I am looking forward to the next session and would recommend the service to anyone that wants to give their body some care and attention.
