I had such a lovely experience with Oksana at High Care Clinic in Richmond. She was incredibly professional, caring and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Oksana really took the time to listen, explain everything properly and made sure I was happy throughout the whole appointment. Nelly is absolutely amazing at what she does — professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely caring. Absolutely outstanding experience – this clinic is fabulous! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely taken care of. Irina, the owner, is simply incredible – so warm, genuinely passionate, and unbelievably knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything in detail, and made me feel 100% confident in my treatment plan. I had SPM combined with RF microneedling with the fabulous therapists Nellie and Oxana, and wow – the results are already stunning after just one session! Both Nellie and Oxana are total pros! 💯 recommended!
