I had such a lovely experience with Oksana at High Care Clinic in Richmond. She was incredibly professional, caring and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Oksana really took the time to listen, explain everything properly and made sure I was happy throughout the whole appointment. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I left feeling looked after, confident and very happy with the results. Nelly is absolutely amazing at what she does — professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely caring. I visited here for the first time today and got a cut, wash and blow dry with Mariam and it was amazing!! I have very thick long curly hair and she managed it perfectly and styled it beautifully, I got lots of compliments and will definitely be returning again. Thank you!
