Been a client of Kieran for years now since Lockdown. The levels of training are just unreal now. The technical expertise that are now on hand at Omnixbox are incredibly hard to surpass. Whether it's just getting fit to Honing your Combat arts, there is someone at Omnixbox can help you. By far my favourite place I've ever trained at and by far Kieran is my favourite coach I've ever had. Hats off to Kieran and the Omnixbox team for building something that so many try but just can't seem to get right.

Kieran is the best coach someone could have. He pays incredible attention to the even the smallest of details, constantly advising you ways to improve. Every session is one that I look forward to. Been with Kieran at OMNIbox since 2021 and I’ve never looked back at going somewhere else as OMNIbox is where my place of training and getting advice being back after so long being off it felt like I’ve never left. I would most definitely recommend him to anybody that I know if they want to do boxing or mma as I love it here.

Highly recommend Kieron as a boxing tutor. I came in with no skills and a lot of anxiety, but he made me feel welcome straight away. He’s patient, understanding, and really knows how to build your confidence at your own pace. His coaching style is motivating and supportive, and I’ve already seen real improvements in both my skills and confidence. Top coach—really glad I started training with him!

I have been training in MMA for 13 years and can I say Ammar has helped me elevate my knowledge of jiu jitsu and grappling to another level he has helped me develop a ground game unique to myself given I have a disability he has come up with something that has made me a nightmare on the ground thanks to him honestly highly recommend if he could make a disabled person great on the ground you can only imagine what he could do for you great time training with him as always very humble knowledgeable and a honest decent person highly recommend 💪🏻🙏🏻❤️

Hands down one of the best MMA instructors I’ve trained with. Super knowledgeable, explains things in a way that actually makes sense. Whether you’re brand new or have experience, you’ll feel challenged and supported. The workouts are tough but fun, and you can tell Ammaar genuinely care about helping you improve. I’ve learned a lot and gained a ton of confidence training here. Highly recommend.

Been training with Kieran for a while now, my sessions are fun, I learn so much, I always get a good workout and Kieran knows what he’s talking about. Definitely sessions I’d recommend to other people whether you’re a newbie or not! Kieran’s a really good coach too which makes things that much easier!

I’ve been training with Kieran for just over a year and the progress has been great. He stripped my technique back to the fundamentals, rebuilt everything properly, and pushed me to get stronger, sharper, and more disciplined. Every session has structure and purpose. Been training with Kieran few a couple of years now and the impact his training plans/sessions had on my progress inside the ring was unbeatable. The skill development after a couple of sessions was insane, with the way he tailored the sessions and his coaching style for me helped guide me to gain a greater understanding of the sport and what it’s about. Been training on and off with Kieran now for around 4 years and hand on heart can say he is the best trainer i have been to! Always early and ready for the session, pushes me to get the most out of my workout & i always leave feeling like i have tested my limits whilst learning something new also! Gives me set routines to follow whilst im not training with him so i can have my skills sharpened for the next session and keeps you motivated throughout the werk to make sure your doing your home work 🧐🤣 I Can safely say i have made a life long friend in the process & HIGHLY recommend Kieran!!!!!

It was my 1st 1-1 boxing with Kieran today and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute, wat I really liked about this 1-1 was it wasn’t rushed at all and Kieran takes his time explaining everything definitely booking weekly sessions

My first time doing grappling or any combat sport. Both Kieron and Ammaar have been really welcoming and friendly and put me at ease straight away. I have learnt so much in five sessions, Ammaar is really patient and has leaned into my style of learning. He has sent me loads of videos in between sessions to continue my learning. I would 100% recommend grappling and the gym to anyone wanting to start up a combat sport!

Had my first MMA session with Ammar and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better start. He’s very knowledgeable, patient, and explains everything clearly without making it overwhelming. I felt comfortable straight away, even as a beginner, and he really took the time to make sure my technique was right. The session was challenging but enjoyable, and Ammar’s attitude makes a huge difference, motivating, professional, and genuinely passionate about what he does. Kieran is an unreal coach, heard about him through a friend. I've boxed before but within an hour he opened up my boxing mind in 1 session from head movement to punch adjustments. Also Kieran is one of the nicest guys you could meet made me feel welcome straight away. Top coach and top equipment. Couldn't recommend more.

I started boxing just for fun to break up my week, but Kieran has made it so much more! Super approachable, he keeps energy high, spots my weak areas, and adapts sessions to push me inside & outside the ring with drills to improve my skills. As a woman, 1:1 can be intimidating, but he made it easy. Nearly 4 months in and we’re still going strong, Kieran, you’ve got me for a while ha 😄

I joined my son up to boxing sessions with Keiran a couple of months ago and he is loving it. He was yet to find something he has been fully commited to. But he seems to be showing an interest. It has made him become more confident. My daughter came along to watch and decided she wanted to get involved too. She is also loving it and has also grown more in confidence, an area in which they both struggle. Keiran is very patient with them and will guide them through each technique clearly. Would definitely recommend.

Started off with Kieran at foundry gym, come a very long way to where Omnibox is now. Trained for a long amount of time and nationally and internationally too! Fantastic experience at Omnibox with Kieran. Coming from only having experience in kickboxing I was a little nervous to start boxing, but Kieran makes the gym such a friendly & welcoming place for all. Kieran’s knowledge & enthusiasm is such a breath of fresh air.
