The whole process, start to finish was amazing. She didn’t rush my daughter getting her first ear pierced. She explained everything in a child friendly way, my daughter was so relaxed. Would definitely recommend!

We had the absolute best experience with Emily! She was so kind, patient, and gentle while piercing my daughter’s ears. She explained everything in a way that made her feel calm and confident, and you could tell she truly cared about making it a special moment. Emily’s professionalism and warm personality made the whole process easy and fun. The earrings look beautiful, and my daughter left with the biggest smile. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to trust with this milestone, Emily is amazing!

Emily took time to discuss what I wanted, marking and changing positions of my piercings until I was happy with them. The piercings themselves were done efficiently in reassuringly sterile conditions. Excellent aftercare advice.
