We had the absolute best experience with Emily! She was so kind, patient, and gentle while piercing my daughter’s ears. She explained everything in a way that made her feel calm and confident, and you could tell she truly cared about making it a special moment. Emily’s professionalism and warm personality made the whole process easy and fun. The earrings look beautiful, and my daughter left with the biggest smile. Emily was so lovely from start to finish - from squeezing us in to her busy day, to calming down my slightly nervous daughter. She took her time to explain all the stages of the ear piercing and carefully and meticulously reassured throughout. The end result was fab and fairly pain-free, I believe! I would highly recommend Emily for ear piercing. A beautiful job and a happy child 😁
