I have been a customer since Emily opened the salon and I am always more than pleased with the results. As customers we are all greeted kindly, whatever our age (I am 80). Offered a drink of our choice (and today there were delicious little Easter eggs too). The salon is beautifully laid out, warm and comfortable and the staff are all friendly. And what’s more it’s on the centre of Bath. Friendly attentive staff, efficient and confident, a good experience - What more could you ask for?

It is the best salon I have found in Bath in two years or more. The atmosphere in the salon is super relaxing, elegant, refined and clean. I haven't had such gentle gel removal in a long time! Her passion shows in the excellent quality of work! I will definitely be back as I no longer want my nails done to a lower standard than she offers!!!!

Fantastic experience today. I had the luxury pedicure and Esther made me feel very welcome and special. Having never had a pedicure I had no idea what to expect but I will definitely be returning for more pampering. Highly recommend and I have some very pretty toes now too. Thank you Esther :-)

Marvelous space and the best service in all Bath! Organic and Vegan products that smell amazing and the attention to detail during any session made me feel like a Princess. Wonderful! Much more than your average pedicure - medi-pedi treatments, loads of foot care info - my feet have never felt so soft and well cared for. Esther herself is lovely too - professionally, friendly and easy going. Highly highly recommend.

I've been going to Chelsie for the last 6 months, lashes, aesthetics and waxing! She is definitely the best around here in Bath. Always makes you feel comfortable and gives you the best advice when you are on the fence about something. ♥️

I have always had a lovely experience with Mandeep, including Pedicures, Facial and Massages. Recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing treatment in good hands. Also great location with free parking!
