Kaylynn is just fantastic! Super neat and professional and her attention to detail is fantastic and her warm and friendliness makes you feel so at home and in good hands. As an ex therapist myself I am very pedantic about treatments and Kaylynn was an absolute 20 out of 10!! She is so patient, and works so carefully and gently, especially witb the waxing. She is my go to, always! I enjoy being in her space, it's always neat, tidy and fresh. Overall the environment is calming and therapeutic. Kaylynn takes extra care to ensure proper hygiene is followed and often checks in to ensure that you're still comfortable during your treatment.
