Mathapelo is an exceptional beauty therapist. She has done a pedicure, manicure and a facial and I cannot recommend her enough. She is also so easy to talk to. I am going to be returning guest as much as I can whilst on my holiday.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, my gel manicure looks flawless, excellent quality and the nail technician really takes their time to perfect the shape and design. Portia did an amazing job on my intricate nail art and the whole experience was very relaxing. Love the clean and welcoming atmosphere, the pedicures here is top notch with a bonus great foot massage.

My experience with Stefanie was phenomenal. She’s a rare gem. I had a manicure and pedicure done along with massages and by the time I left the spa all I wanted to do was take a nap. Thank you Spa at Banksia, I will definitely be back.

Overall a wonderful experience. Probably one of the best manicures and pedicures I’ve received in a while. My only critique would be make customers feel more welcome by being organised and not letting them wait 10mins before the treatment starts. Communication goes a long way in the service industry. I was offered something to drink but I wasn’t told what was on offer. This should be a standard practice, telling customers what is on offer. Other than that amazing treatment and I’ll return.

I got a full service pedicure by Chenai & she was really attentive & gentle. I was also offered a beverage. The owner is friendly & hands-on, I'm excited to go back for their other services :) Would recommend.

Oh my goodness!!!! Absolutely freaken amazing experience. First time I visited Banksia for a deep tissue massage & pedicure. Stefanie the therapist was such a delight. She definitely knew what she was doing and I can tell quite experienced dealing with those challenging shoulder knots. I would definitely recommend!!
