I had a few waxing treatments, and Juliana was thorough, kind, and patient. I never felt like she was rushing through, and she took the time and care to make sure all hair was gone. She did an amazing job, and if I lived in Queenstown, I’d see her regularly.

The service provided by both professionals Carla & Vanessa are absolutely perfect. The precision of measurement to perform the eyebrows shape & tint was extraordinary. I treated myself with a full leg abd brazilian wax, pedicure and eyebrow shaping and I loved it! I’m 7 months pregnant and I felt extremely well taken care, Carla and Juliana made sure I was comfortable all the time and both the eyebrow shaping and waxing didn’t hurt at all, I will be coming back and highly recommend the body room 10/10
