I had an amazing experience! I had a manicure, pedicure, and my eyebrows done, and every treatment was outstanding. Ela and her entire team were fantastic—professional, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. The customer service was exceptional, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Very happy with how my hair was cut and styled. I went for quite a big change from long to short hair. I showed some pictures for inspiration and Zhanna adapted it to suit my hair type.

Had a spa pedicure and polish from Veronika in mid November and the result still looks great. Today the appointment was for a classic manicure with polish. She is so good with making sure I am happy with each step of the process. Very happy with my nails now. Thank you Veronika.

Shannon and Becky were so welcoming from start to finish. The whole experience was amazing, and the results are three times better than I ever expected. They are incredibly skilled practitioners with a fantastic eye for detail. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Although I was having waxing, it was relaxing and comfortable. Chanelle works quickly with great results. The rooms are clean and tidy and there is always pleasant music to listen to.

Had my first BIAB appointment with Kelly today and wanted to leave her a review. My usual nail tech was away and recommended Kelly, and I’m really glad I went with her. She did a great job on my nails and I’m really happy with the result. Although I’ll be going back to my regular tech, I wanted to give Kelly a shout-out because she’s really good at what she does and deserves the recommendation. She’s also a lovely, friendly person and was really easy to chat to 😊

Mariola is amazing! She's professional, friendly and made me feel so comfortable throughout my appointment. She did a BIAB infill and I absolutely love my nails. She's meticulous, neat and impressively quick without compromising on quality. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful nails!
