First time. Been let down and disappointed in various salons Southside so tried yet another but nearer my partner's home. Booked just yesterday for today Saturday. Ashley was on her own and ran slightly behind as happens, was apologetic and clearly a lovely girl, could see the way she treated previous client then myself and I knew she would do a good job blow drying my crazy curly hair straight! Good shampoo beforehand, why is it so impossible to get a decent shampoo? I have arthritis and lots of hair so appreciated this! Very friendly, definately happy to go back, even to look forward to it!

Had The Mani-Pedi package which included an amazing foot spa, scrub and massage perfect for getting my feet ready for going on holiday! Got builder gel on my fingernails and some cute nail art all for an affordable price. Jemma gives great service and chat in her cosy new space.

I had my second micro needling treatment at Mela Beauty within approx 2 months. I’m on day three and my skin looks noticeably plumper, my skin tone is even and has a healthy glow, so far so good 😁. One more MN treatment booked for 6 weeks time. All treatments I have with Amelia are based on what she feels will target the areas I’m concerned about. I’m in my mid 50’s so collagen stimulation to minimise fine lines and promote firmness and healthy looking skin are my priorities. Had eyebrow lamination and a lash tint with Stephanie. I have had these treatments at various salons in Glasgow and I can honestly say this is the best brow lamination I have ever had. Stephanie did a fantastic job and I left feeling delighted with my perfect brows! Thank you!

And it looks like I might have been the last to know as I’ve met all sorts of old friends since I’ve been there and everyone says the same thing. Margaret is amazing 😍. I had a half leg wax with Shannon, which was perfect, she made me comfortable and gave me time to get into position without hurrying me. I have arthritis. This was followed by an Elim pedicure which was relaxing and got my feet and toes sorted for summer. I only have ordinary nail polish. The pedicure was thorough and professionally done, whilst maintaining a lovely level of friendliness. I was offered refreshments throughout. Shannon listened to any issues I brought up and saught advice where necessary. I'd be happy to see Shannon again when I attend the salon.
