Amazing and very professional service with Olena. From the moment I came in, she made me feel welcome and very special. Her soft demeanour in how she spoke, explained the process to me and throughout the service did keep the flow based on how my interest. My 1st time here and now my favourite nail SPA in Birmingham and certainly will be my resident nail Spa. Love how my Japanese treatment turned out. Love my nails and now to a healthy journey.

Second time I have been to Ellen. The first time was for a pedicure which was fantastic. This time it was for a manicure. I must say the results do not disappoint. My nails were in need of serious attention which Ellen provided. She took her time to repair my nail and advise me on nail polish suitable for my skin tone. She made my extremely short nails look fantastic.

Have had Molly do my eyelashes about 3 times now and she is fantastic! Always made me feel welcome in the salon and did my eyelashes exactly how I wanted them. So sad that I’m leaving Birmingham as would definitely keep coming if it wasn’t for that! Thanks Molly for making my eyelashes look amazing for all the end of uni events I had :)

The Gel Pedicure is pure luxury, from the warm, welcoming salon atmosphere to the flawless treatment and attention to detail. I always get a lovely welcome when I arrive at the salon I mostly use the salon for threading treatments and pedicures - all of the team members give a great service and I’ve always been really pleased with any treatments I’ve had Even if I haven’t booked on with one of the salon staff the team always do their best to accommodate me Would recommend Tandis and the team
