Amazing and very professional service with Olena. From the moment I came in, she made me feel welcome and very special. Her soft demeanour in how she spoke, explained the process to me and throughout the service did keep the flow based on how my interest. My 1st time here and now my favourite nail SPA in Birmingham and certainly will be my resident nail Spa. Love how my Japanese treatment turned out. Love my nails and now to a healthy journey.

Second time I have been to Ellen. The first time was for a pedicure which was fantastic. This time it was for a manicure. I must say the results do not disappoint. My nails were in need of serious attention which Ellen provided. She took her time to repair my nail and advise me on nail polish suitable for my skin tone. She made my extremely short nails look fantastic.

Just visited brow box. Was travelling for work and meeting was cancelled last minute so decided to book some me time in. Place is super easy to find really near the main station. Had a massage, pedicure and eyelashes was a wonderful experience- lovely attentive staff, excellent service. Very happy with everything thank you!

I had my first appointment today with the lovely Olena. I was made to feel very comfortable and I was explained everything that my treatment would involve and aftercare advice. I had the male pedicure treatment and now my feet look and feel a million times better. I work in construction and wear safety boots 10 hours + everyday so need to take care of my feet. This will be my go to treatment every month from now. Dyakuyu (дякую) 🇺🇦 🤗

I had such a lovely experience getting my pedicure, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I sat down, I felt completely relaxed and cared for. The space was clean and calming, and everything was done with so much attention to detail. Vikram was incredibly kind and welcoming. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment and took her time to do everything perfectly. You can truly tell she takes pride in her work — my pedicure turned out absolutely beautiful!

The Gel Pedicure is pure luxury, from the warm, welcoming salon atmosphere to the flawless treatment and attention to detail. I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.
