Confused as to why the special Discovery facial + foot massage R349 came up at a higher price when booking on line. Nail work was excellent but facial not soothing and a bit rough.

Ingrid and her team are phenomenal at having clients feel 'right at home', from the warm greeting at the door, to being in touch with the client during the visit and an offer of a beverage - in all makes for a very pleasant experience. A scalp massage that has me gliding down in my seat and in the end, walking out with GREAT hair makes for a fabulous experience all round!

Meliisa provides the most therapeutic head massage & a relaxing start to the experience. Lamees & Nolitha friendly & welcoming & go the extra mile at all times. Jems indeed a hidden gem with friendly staff & aesthetically pleasing environment.

The word is outstanding. The staff are friendly ,helpful and greet one like a VIP . The PENSIONERS DISCOUNT on a Mon. Tues and Wednesday makes us elderly very affordable and their daily rates for ages very reasonable . You dont sit around with wet towels .I walk in have a lovely hair wash , head massage with conditioner ,helped to a chair and Bronwyn blow dry my shoulder length hair and in the meantime i am served with a cup of coffee and muffin or biscuit .Within 35 minutes my hair is transformed feel on top of the world all for R140.I have ,never before had so many compliments before

Hair wash was amazing and relaxing. Senior stylists are great and stepped in when the junior i was paired with struggled. One issue I had was I asked for heat protector and the stylist said she didn’t know. No matter the level of expertise, the stylist should have a basic knowledge of hair integrity. Lovely salon regardless.

It was my first time at this salon. The staff are friendly and very professional. Shireen did a great job and I enjoyed the massage while getting a shampoo.

I love having my roots done because it is quick and I can get to work quickly. Shereen fits me in easily as I am wanting things done yesterday rather than later in the day. Melissa is also outstanding in the hair wash and massage and even putting colour on my roots. She is so pleasant and worth waiting for her to help Shereen.
