I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

I am a dentist from Finland visiting Cape Town. Having tried salons in many countries this was one of my best salon experiences. Lindsay, Danny and the lady were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Bella was incredible… by far the best Lash Technician I have been to in Cape Town… highly recommended.

The experience was good overall. Having had Thai massages before, I knew what to expect going in. Jazzy was attentive and intentional in her approach, focusing on my problem areas and working through my knots thoroughly. The treatment achieved its intended outcome and was effective in relieving tension.

Enjoyed the massage and pedicure. Calming and relaxed atmosphere.

Very relaxing. The lady who did my treatment was very professional and meticulous. Didn't talk unnecessary and made sure I was comfortable.

It's always a healing experience and Muneera's massages calm my nervous system. I leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and well rested ! Thank you for all of your kindness, and hard work!

I've been to many different massage therapists and Belinda is by far uniquely in a category of her own. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, eclectic in her approach, kind and thoughtful. The salon is serene and hygienic. I'm so grateful for the relief she's given to my chronic muscle spasms. She deserves more than 5 stars....outstanding! I highly recommend her.

I had a great experience with the lymph drainage massage — she was incredibly attentive and tailored the session to exactly what I needed. You can really tell she’s skilled and passionate about what she does. I felt lighter and more relaxed afterward, and the pricing is super reasonable too. Great massage, very nice and respectful!

The massage itself was exceptional. I arrived with noticeable tension and stress-related knots in my neck and shoulders, and the treatment brought immediate relief. The massage was unhurried and thoughtfully applied. I could feel the muscles soften, circulation improve, and built-up tension gradually release.I would especially like to commend Stephanie Isaacs, the beauty therapist who treated me. Her calm, kind, and soft-spoken demeanor made it easy to relax fully mentally. Stephanie Isaacs is a true asset to Banksia Spa, and her skill, professionalism, and warm energy.
