Second massage, has started easing my shoulder and neck pain and increased range of movement. Also given exercises to do in between treatments. Theo puts you at ease and explains what he is doing throughout. Recommend his sports massage.

Another excellent massage with Grace, this time the Zen Bubble. It was very relaxing and a lovely treat to have the hot stones. Grace looked after me so well, as usual. Thanks so much ❤️

This is my second visit to Grace and this time I tried the Magnesium Melt massage as it is said to help with sleep which I struggle with. Grace's hut was warm again and as I visited in the evening the atmosphere and low lighting made it even more relaxing. Grace as always was very professional and made me feel at home. I could feel the butter warm up on my skin and work it's magic. The magnesium drink to have after was a lovely refreshing way to finish the treatment. For the first time in a long time I had a great night's sleep so I would definitely recommend this type of treatment.

I experienced a bespoke Tropics facial, totally tailored to my skin, and it was amazing! Grace was very knowledgeable and explained the products passionately and I learnt so much.
