I had a full body sports massage here and it was excellent. The therapist was friendly and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease. She listened to my needs, focused on the areas that needed attention, and worked out a lot of the tension I’d been carrying. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with noticeably less muscle tightness. Highly recommend!

I had cryotherapy to remove a skin tag which i was a little nervous about. It was painless. Amy explained everything really thoroughly and put my mind at rest. Very hard to stay uptight in such a tranquil relaxing space. Very professional and thorough. Highly reccomend
