Shannon is great! I highly recommend her. She knows all the spots to concentrate on, and the massage is strong and firm while also relaxing.

Shannon is a wonderful therapist who provides a calming and relaxing environment for an amazing therapeutic massage. I would highly recommend a treatment with her whether it be purely for relaxation or specifically for muscular or joint pain. She is very receptive to what you need.

Shan always creates the most relaxing environment. Her massages are amazing and she always ensures to tailor them to individual preferences. Definitely going to keep returning!

The space is so calming and welcoming, Shan is absolutely lovley and fantastic in what she does. The 45 min remedial was hands down the best massage I have had! it sorted the stiffness and sore points but left me feeling so relaxed. The perfect combination. Thank you so much 🙏
