Emmanuella made sure my daughter was comfortable throughout and happy with each step of the process (she is absolutely thrilled). Also the other girls were busy organizing and deep cleaning the space - you can tell that they care about making sure the place is immaculate and sanitary. Wonderful experience - highly recommend.
