Fantastic deep tissue massage and remedial therapy. Ben thoroughly listens to you and does a proper Assessment. Worked on stretches working out what’s causing me issues. Muscles loosened off and plan in place moving forward. Hoghly recomend. .

Had a sports massage with Ben for ongoing back issues and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He was really knowledgeable, explained what was going on, and tailored the treatment exactly to what I needed. The difference in my back after just one session was noticeable. Had an appointment with Lucy today as iv been having problems with my lower back and shoulders, iv never been to Lucy previously i found this lady to be very friendly caring great knowledge given to me of my problem. When my treatment ended i was able to stretch and turn which i couldnt do previously this is not the last lucy will see of me as im just about to book in again on checking my diary i have a new name for Lucy "Magic hands" as thats what they are the heat from them was wonderful whilst having a "Top to toe massarge" not forgetting Sophie who advised me the best course of treatment.

I had an amazing sports massage with Ben. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to understand my concerns. Not only was the massage one of the best I’ve ever had, but he also explained what was going on with my body in a way that was really helpful. I left feeling so much better - both physically and informed. Highly recommend!
