I had a great experience during my Hydrafacial with Elle. From the moment I arrived, she was so warm and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. She was incredibly attentive throughout the treatment, constantly making sure I was comfortable and explaining each step of the facial. Elle also took the time to talk me through my skin, offering really helpful and informative advice tailored to my concerns. I left feeling relaxed and well looked after. I would definitely recommend!

I had requested Polly in the app so I was a bit dissatisfied to travel an hour across london for someone else with no explanation. I had such a lovely facial from Sadie so it’s totally fine, but I feel a bit annoyed to then realise she has her own salon at much cheaper prices somewhere else. Just not really what I waited all this time for! I had a lovely facial but probably wont come back to be honest.
