One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

I have been going to Tracy for the past couple years and she is the only person I trust with my skin. She is amazing. After every treatment my skin is glowing. Had the plasma pen treatment last year and the results were out of this world. Beside her top quality service she is so lovely to visit to and goes out of her way to give excellent customer service. I had the most incredible experience with Nina at Gingerlily Spa. I have been waxing for over 10 years with many different therapists, and never once have I almost fallen asleep during a facial wax. That changed today. Nina was so gentle, so calm and so warm in her approach. There was no pain, no discomfort, just pure professionalism and care. It honestly felt relaxing, which is something I never thought I would say about waxing. The way she works shows real skill and experience. You can feel that she knows exactly what she is doing.
