One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

I cannot recommend OnebyClaire enough! After weeks of tension headaches that my Rheumatologist described as 'extremely bad,' I walked in feeling heavy and walked out feeling like a completely new person. She listened to every concern and worked magic on my neck and shoulders. My body has never felt so good! Already booking my monthly appointment. 5 stars isn't enough!

My experience with Izzy has been wonderful from the start. She was so patient dealing with my initial enquiries, and took the time to answer all my questions in detail. Izzy has done the training required to learn the science behind the treatments she offers, and has a thorough understanding of their impact on the body as well as the achievable outcomes. She is kind, warm, caring and always positive during appointments. You can really tell she cares about each one of her clients and is genuinely invested in working with them to achieve their goals. Always love having my treatments done at BC. The little treats like a cuppa coffee with collagen, heaters and blankets make attending these appointments in winter, so much easier. Hayley is so gentle and lovely. Always enjoy having her do my treatments

Kelly - She is truly the best in the business. She is always so friendly, professional, and welcoming. I have been going to Tracy for the past couple years and she is the only person I trust with my skin. She is amazing. After every treatment my skin is glowing. Had the plasma pen treatment last year and the results were out of this world. Beside her top quality service she is so lovely to visit to and goes out of her way to give excellent customer service. Always professional and very satisfactory

My skin looks great and refeshed after microneedling, Jelly Mask and LED Green light. Ilze is an amazing therapist, very patient, profressional, super efficient. She takes the time to explain every step and checks in with you to make sure you're comfortable. Was an amazing morning, felt like I had a Spa day
