I had my first facial and it was amazing! I shared some sensitive health info, and she took the time to research and recommended a safer alternative to microneedling. I ended up getting a biochemical peel, plus a full facial with steam, LED, and the most relaxing neck, shoulder, and scalp massage. She was kind, professional, and made me feel totally cared for. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a thoughtful, inclusive, and relaxing experience!

I’m not the biggest fan of needles, so getting Botox isn’t something I ever thought I’d be totally at ease with — but Karen has completely changed that for me. I’ve now seen her three times, and with each visit, I walk away more impressed and more confident in her skills. She knows exactly what she’s doing and has a natural ability to make you feel at ease from the moment you walk in.

This was my first ever time having a facial and I am ever so glad I chose to book in at Lough Skin. I went for the Hydrafacial and the whole time I was there i felt super relaxed and well taken care of. This place is a little gem in Loughborough when you want that extra special treatment. Can't wait to book in again and give another one of their treatments a go!

This was my first time experiencing the luxury Japanese headspa and it was honestly one of the most amazing and soothing experiences I've had. I'm usually very tense and find it hard to relax but during the appointment I ended up falling asleep! Shriya was absolutely amazing, welcoming and made me feel very at ease. I will definitely be booking in again and I'm so grateful that there's a place like this in Loughborough!
