This was my first time getting lip filler and I was so nervous… especially not being good with needles! Natasha was so lovely, patient and reassuring ! She explained everything, listened to what I wanted to achieve and overall it was a lovely experience. I love the result and will be back for more treatments in the near future x

I had my polynucleotide treatment with Caitlin and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! 🥰 I was quite nervous beforehand, especially about having needles used so close to my eyes, but Caitlin made me feel completely at ease and talked me through everything so calmly. She made the whole appointment feel so easy and comfortable. First time seeing Sylwia for Bio Filler and I wish I'd found her sooner! 😍 She's the most patient, kind, and knowledgeable aesthetic practitioner I've met - a true expert in her craft. Friendly too, she made me feel so comfortable for my first visit! I'm a tricky client (damaged, hidden veins 😅) but she handled it perfectly. Had my tear troughs, smile lines, and chin shadows done - areas where HA filler can be risky. Results were instant ⚡ and this definitely won't be my last! 10/10, book with her - you won't regret it 🙌💉

I had such a nice appointment. Lauren really knows her stuff and she was explaining everything as she was going through the treatments. I normally struggle to stay still for a long time, but I was sooo comfy and cosy so I could have laid there forever. The ice globes at the end were the best part. They were so soothing. I’m already booked in for my next appointment!
