At Unwind, I’ve created a quiet, cosy sanctuary in the heart of Glasgow where you can slow down, rest, and reconnect with yourself. Each visit is gentle, intuitive, and unhurried, shaped around how you’re feeling in that moment. The space is calm and grounding, allowing your session to unfold naturally so you leave feeling balanced, supported, and deeply restored.

The Indian Head Massage at Unwind offers a uniquely soothing experience that many clients rave about, often describing it as exactly what they needed. The warm and inviting atmosphere, complemented by features like heated beds during facials, enhances the relaxation during treatments such as the Lymph Flow + Sculpt Ritual, which effectively releases tension. With a focus on personalised care, the therapist ensures that each visit feels special and rejuvenating.

I've only visited Meral a handful of times but I'm always welcomed back like an old friend. The attention to detail, both in her work and her space, and small mannerisms that seem like second nature to her make the experience, no matter what kind of treatment it is, always beautifully memorable.
