Jess was really comforting while I was really nervous. She informed me every step of the way through the procedure, making sure to check in every now and again during it so see my comfort levels. Was very clear about aftercare and booked me back in 2 weeks later for top up or adjustments if needed to make sure I was still happy with the results.

Honestly the nicest facial I’ve had in such a long long time. I was quite nervous for the microneedling, however there really wasn’t any need! My skin feels amazing and I’m so relaxed, the environment was so peaceful and chill, I can’t wait for my next visit! Thankyou so much x

Had an amazing experience with Jess! She’s so professional and friendly, really made me feel welcome and listened to. Had an amazing experience with Misha, she soothed my little bit of anxiety I had as it was my first ever facial. We spoke to each other as if we had known each other for a while / friends which made the experience so much more comfortable, she explains each step she is going to do before she does it. Dimmed lights, relaxing music and heated blanket, I couldnt of had a better first experience i will definitely be visiting again.
