Jess was really comforting while I was really nervous. She informed me every step of the way through the procedure, making sure to check in every now and again during it so see my comfort levels. Was very clear about aftercare and booked me back in 2 weeks later for top up or adjustments if needed to make sure I was still happy with the results.

Cannot wait to see my final results, my skin is already looking amazing after 2 micro needling sessions, i've had so many people ask me what I have been doing because it looks so fresh and bouncy . Now I have my botulinumtox treatment I am even more excited for how I will look and feel .

Cannot recommend Eppie enough. Micro-needling incredible never hurts always making sure your comfortable same when having the polys. The difference in my skin is amazing. Not only are the treatments perfect Eppie is a dream 😀

I cannot recommend Louisa highly enough. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel completely at ease with her friendly, and professional approach. She takes the time to explain every treatment clearly, answers any questions honestly, and never makes you feel judged or pressured into anything. What I appreciate most is the trust and confidence I have in her. She genuinely listens, provides expert advice, and always has your best interests at heart. She has such a lovely, down-to-earth "girl next door" personality that makes the whole experience enjoyable and comfortable.

Honestly the nicest facial I’ve had in such a long long time. I was quite nervous for the microneedling, however there really wasn’t any need! My skin feels amazing and I’m so relaxed, the environment was so peaceful and chill, I can’t wait for my next visit! Thankyou so much x

Had an amazing experience with Jess! She’s so professional and friendly, really made me feel welcome and listened to. Explained everything, showed me the product she was using and made sure multiple times that I was okay during my lips and Botox. Will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend! Fantastic experience again. I had the Derma pen and find that Natalie makes sure that I’m numb, the experience is virtually painless, aftercare is always discussed and thorough explanation given on how to care for my skin. Thank you again Natalie and see you soon for my next session!!

Eppie was so warm, friendly and reassuring from the moment I arrived, which instantly put me at ease. Her treatment room is absolutely beautiful calm, cosy and spotlessly clean, with such a relaxing atmosphere. I have returned several times for further microneedling treatments, and the results just keep getting better and better. Each session has noticeably improved my skin’s texture and tone. My complexion looks fresher, smoother, and much more radiant. The redness associated with my rosacea has visibly calmed, and my skin feels firmer and healthier overall. It’s given me a real confidence boost. A huge part of the positive experience is down to the wonderful Eppie. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. Her knowledge, care, and attention to detail are outstanding.
