I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

She is absolutely incredible and has created a customized facial routine for me that has given me results that I feel amazing about! Every time I see Olivera for a customized facial, I walk out feeling incredible! She always knows exactly what my skin needs and her treatments lead to unbelievable results. I’m from the UK and visiting my pal in Canada and was stressed about needing my brows done while away from home. Mani took all that stress away - she was so welcoming and calming and did an incredible job with my brows. I normally get my brows waxed instead of threading because I find it too painful but Mani was sooo gentle I barely even felt it. Happy to say I have found a brow gal I can trust in Toronto! 💛

I had my first ever microneedling treatment done today with Lesley and I’m sooo excited for the results. The pain was literally a 1/10 and my skin is already SO smooth and glowy. She’s an absolute skin god with so much knowledge, and genuinely wants to help me help my skin. Between the slippers, tea, and conversation it really feels like you’re catching up with an old friend. You can tell she really cares so much about her clients and wants to spread good vibes and clear skin ✨🧖‍♀️ . Looking forward to my next appointment!
