I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

I have been looking for a quality hair salon for a few years and finally found one. Venus and Victoria Salon & Spa is a great place with easy online appointment booking, excellent service, and friendly staff. They truly take care of you completely. I had a wonderful experience with Anissa! Anissa is awesome, gave me a lot of tips on how to take care of my hair and gave me an awesome haircut. Every time I see Olivera for a customized facial, I walk out feeling incredible! She always knows exactly what my skin needs and her treatments lead to unbelievable results. Olivera also takes the time to guide me on how to properly care for my skin and health between visits, always reminding me just how much she cares!
