As usual, my visit to Sophie made me feel super relaxed and pampered . As my skin changes through menopause, Sophie is adapting the treatments to meet my skins needs and I'm continuing to learn. Today's treat was a bespoke facial with red light therapy and a Caci jowl treatment to try and stave off the droop. Already booked in for my next treatment! Thank you!

Sophie was so welcoming and lovely. We spoke in detail about my skin concerns and then I had the most gorgeous bespoke facial. My skin has never looked so glowy!
