Pippa’s work space is clean and clinical while remaining friendly and inviting. I’ll definitely be going back and would definitely recommend her to anyone

I had such a fantastic experience with Charlotte! The facial was an absolute 10/10 , she gave me amazing advice tailored to my skin and addressed all of my concerns with such expertise. Charlotte is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease. The back massage was so relaxing (and very much needed!), and my lashes look absolutely gorgeous. I haven’t seen them this curly in such a long time. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and pampered. Highly recommend! ✨

Dreamy personalised facial with Charlotte today, dermaplaning followed by a gentle chemical peel which has left my skin dewy and glowing. Thank you so much! Thoughtful as ever she has also provided me with a sample of some make-up suitable to wear the following day as I am heading out for the evening. Wonderful as always!

Emily was amazing as always, explained what to except after treatment and showed me lots of kindness and reassurance as it was my first time having a particular procedure. Really flexible with other appointments going forward.

I entered a competition and won a free facial with Charlotte which I could not believe as I had been meaning to book with her anyway! Charlotte is so lovely and welcoming and my facial was amazing. My skin was so hydrated and glowy after. I will be booking again xx

Loved my first professional facial by Charlotte. I had derma-planing and my skin afterwards felt & looked amazing. Charlotte was so calm and lovely, making the experience so relaxing and easy. Best facial I have ever had - today with Emma. The head massage was a lovely bonus. I had forgotten how nice facials can be and my skin feels great.

The whole experience was incredible. The shop is lovely, the treatment reception area is lovely, and the treatment rooms are lovely. I had a lovely frankincense facial with Emma that was so relaxing and my skin felt beautiful afterwards. I will definitely be going back!
