The facial was relaxing and the therapist was informative when she needed to be. My only small criticism is the music was not seamless from track to track and that was off putting when you trying to relax ☺️

Natasha took the time to listen to my skin concerns and thoughtfully proposed options to address them, with no pressure to purchase what was proposed - she lets you consider and decide in your own time. I had the oxygen facial with LED which felt amazing and my skin was glowing afterwards and my rosacea is looking less inflamed - and it was accompanied by a head massage - I was in heaven. Natasha has a gentle touch and is an excellent therapist and I recommend her for any treatment you were considering.
