Such a great massage! Booked in for a 90 minute hot oil but whilst there and with the therapist, we decided to change to a deep tissue. She was incredible! Found build ups in my muscles that I don’t even know existed and did some magic in my armpit that releases my neck?? Amazing. Will be back!!

I absolutely loved my first massage at Haus with Holly. She is a true professional and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. The environment is stunning and incredibly relaxing, and I’ll definitely be recommending Haus to friends and family. I had the hot stone back, neck and shoulder massage along with a head massage, and it was absolutely divine.

We had an amazing experience at the Wellness Lounge. The host, Filip, was an absolute Star - he talked us through every aspect of the room with a true passion for what he was doing. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the room decor was a warm and comfortable place to be. We left the session feeling fresh and revitalized. We honestly recommend it and surely come back soon! Had pretty bad lower back and sciatic pain all week. Booked in for a deep tissue massage with Amy and she’s managed to loosen everything up. As the day has gone on the pain has massively eased and much more mobile. Will definitely be back again. Thanks Amy

I've started to have beauty treatments (facials) in Beauty box Penarth in January 2023. From the first time I was impressed with the client service. It is lovely going there. It is so relaxing and I have the confidence that they take care of my skin because they use a high quality products and have the knowledge and expirience . The beutician was very kind, and professional. Highly recommend.

I have tried 3 other massage places in Cardiff and this is by far the very best! I have been here twice now in the last 2 weeks for 2 x 2 hour massages. I had a hot stone massage with Jess the first time and today a deep tissue massage with Jane - they are both so lovely and amazing at their job! Jane is so strong, the pressure of the massage was just perfect (quite often people aren’t strong enough To do deep tissue) - fantastic and will definitely be back! Thank you - April xx
