I had my first facial and it was amazing! I shared some sensitive health info, and she took the time to research and recommended a safer alternative to microneedling. I ended up getting a biochemical peel, plus a full facial with steam, LED, and the most relaxing neck, shoulder, and scalp massage. She was kind, professional, and made me feel totally cared for. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a thoughtful, inclusive, and relaxing experience!

Sophie gives the best massages I've ever had! It's such a good price too. I'm definitely booking in with her for a massage every month from now on so that she can keep working out the knots in my shoulders. I've never been able to relax during a massage like I can when Sophie massages me. My brain usually won't shut up, but Sophie manages to apply the exact right amount of pressure to help me relax and forget about my worries. She deserves a raise!

The massage I received was perfect. I mentioned to the masseuse that I had knots in my shoulders. She used several techniques to loosen them and has made a massive difference. I now feel relaxed and less tense. The interior looked beautiful, a very relaxing atmosphere with calming music which made me feel at ease. I will certainly return, I am ooking forward to the next treatment :)

I can honestly say I had the best afternoon being pampered. The deluxe manicure was very relaxing, the only improvement on that would be for it to be done in a more relaxed setting. Reclining chair would help. The massage was amazing & the best I've ever had.

Was offered a hot drink on arrival which is nice as not all places do this. Staff were friendy and talkative, treatment was applied competently and I was very happy with end result, will definetly go again.

I’ve had the Luxury Facial with B a few times now and I’m speechless every time! She is so good at what she does, it’s SO relaxing and my skin always feels cleaner in the days following. The shoulder and head massage is incredible too. Plus she is super lovely and friendly, I have recommended her to all my friends and family and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my facials!! Lovely luxury Thai foot massage, starting with a soak, scrub and then lying on the couch for a foot and leg massage. Leah is lovely, professional and friendly and you’re not rushed at all. Very relaxing and I almost fell asleep. This is my second visit with two weeks!

Lovely long massage and I felt very relaxed. Leah is lovely and very professional and it wasn’t rushed at all. Nice smelling oils and lots of candles lit. I will be returning again very soon. Excellent value for money.
