Mel was splendid, she has a tremendous amount of knowledge and really listens to and knows what your body needs to help heal itself and work better too. Mel gave me lots of really good stretches to do and was teaching me which muscles do what and how they help your body move, very interesting. I’ve Supported others to be treated by Mel over the last few years. Mel has always been excellent ;very positive, patient and understanding with a vast degree of knowledge to help her clients. I have just completed a course of treatment with Mel which has been extremely helpful in my recovery from mobility issues caused by problems with the muscles around my spinal discs.
