I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Mel and discussing my needs and hearing her suggestions of what might be causing them.. She started some massage which was not too deep, at my request, and this eased some tension so hopefully, she will continue to develop this in future appointments. I left feeling very much more cheerful and hopeful that my problems could be improved in time. Mel is a very cheerful, friendly person who seems to have a deep knowledge of the human body and how problems with its parts can occur. I really look forward to my future appointment(s).

Just had the Illuminate facial done by Adele. It was amazing. So glad I have found someone local who does these bespoke facials. I had lots of questions after which she happily answered with her vast knowledge. I come away feeling relaxed and glowing! Next appointment already booked in and I cannot wait. Thanks so much <3

Mel was splendid, she has a tremendous amount of knowledge and really listens to and knows what your body needs to help heal itself and work better too. Mel gave me lots of really good stretches to do and was teaching me which muscles do what and how they help your body move, very interesting. I’ve Supported others to be treated by Mel over the last few years. Mel has always been excellent ;very positive, patient and understanding with a vast degree of knowledge to help her clients. I felt very welcomed, reassured I was getting treated by someone who was very knowledgeable and I felt I was with a friend which really helped me relax on top of the great massage! Will definitely go back!

Relaxing and informative. Adele came up with a good plan to resolve my skin issues. I felt listened to and understood and feel for the first time in ages that I will get better looking skin following her recommendations. Such a relief. A lovely experience. Thank you.

Interesting massage though not very relaxing. My neck creaks even more but I suppose this is inevitable. Not sure if I should be doing some exercises in the meantime, perhaps you could tell me next time, please.

Adele made me feel relaxed from the start and the Rejuvenate facial was a wonderful experience. Came away feeling refreshed and my skin felt hydrated which was much needed. Adele also gave me good skin advice to enhance my daily routine.

Mel is amazing. Full on massage for 40 minutes which worked wonders on my back. It’s also really interesting to talk with her about how the body responds to pain and treatment. Can’t recommend more highly.
