You get a very warm and friendly welcome and a coffee if u r there for a while. There is also client confidentiality a bit like what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Lovely experience, would recommend time and time again. Thanx Charly x

Basia was by far the best masseuse I’ve ever experienced in Bristol and I’ve been to a fair few. I was feeling quite tense and anxious before the massage and within 5 minutes of the massage I instantly felt relaxed and relieved. I left feeling revived, calm and content. I had the back, neck and shoulders massage at Ramphai today and I can’t recommend it enough. I’ve been struggling with a lot of tension and discomfort recently, and after just one session I genuinely feel like a different person. The massage was tailored perfectly to the areas that needed attention, and the therapist was incredibly skilled, professional and welcoming throughout. The pain and tightness I’d been dealing with has been significantly relieved, and I left feeling relaxed, lighter and able to move much more comfortably. Thank you Tikky!!

Absolutely brilliant. First visit for a bad back, I felt very relaxed with Thorsten and the Bowen treatment. It was a very positive experience and my back felt a lot better after this visit. Thorsten explains the process very well and also how many visits he thinks will be necessary. Highly recommend Thorsten and Helpers Hands.

Today was my first time at the wellness retreat and it was fabulous. Kate was so welcoming, professional , friendly and made me feel so relaxed. Time was carefully taken over discussing which treatments would suit my skin best. The treatment its self was incredible ive never had a facial like it and left glowing. The knowledge Kate gave me was fantastic and I cannot wait to explore more treatments in order to promote better skin and personal wellbeing for myself. Cannot thank you enough for bringing life back to my skin and cannot wait for my next apt.

Emma was very welcoming. Can't say I enjoy a bikini wax but Emma is by far the best waxer I've been to. I will be back to try a more relaxing treatment next time. I would highly recommend. I also loved that she uses natural product's.

I cannot recommend enough. I came in with lower back pain to which can only be explained as ‘my back gave way’, the pain was chronic and wouldn’t go away. After one treatment the pain had gone and I followed up with another appointment a few days later where I had a deep tissue massage and a check up on my lower back. I have more energy and feel better within myself but most of all, no pain. Forever grateful and would highly recommend.

I had an amazing one-hour back and shoulder massage. She focused on my left shoulder, where I had a lot of tension, and I could really feel the difference by the end of the session. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and effective massage therapist. I'll definitely be booking again!

I had a very helpful experience over 3 sessions. My helper was friendly and has definitely taken away the pain which I was feeling around my pelvic region and has taught me ways of taking care of my back. My wife being present was also very helpful.

My back was very stiff, the massage as always was just so good, has really helped, it’s so good I’m thinking about having a longer massage next time, as an hour goes by so quickly.
