Danai’s service was so wonderful - gentle from start to finish and so talented in her work. Absolutely in love with my nails🥰 Was recommended some cuticle oil which was available at the counter too for R50 - sorted now for the next few weeks! It was a wonderful experience. This is maybe my 4th time at this Hair Salon and they do not disappoint. The lady who washed my hair was so gentle that I could fall asleep. Shireen was amazing as usual. My hair looks healthy and shiny. Thank you

Shireen gave me the exact look I wanted without me even having to go into much detail. I’m super happy and won’t be going anywhere else. The environment is bright, clean and there was no waiting time. I got a lovely warm drink and was treated very well.

Hope your plumbing issues have been sorted at the basins. There was a terrible, damp and moldly smell that's from a leak? Not a pleasant experience when having your hair washed. The staff are just incredible!

It was my first time at BOA and I had a fantastic appointment. Dorcus was lovely and listened to everything I asked her to do and reassured me on my choices when I wasn't sure. The only criticism I have is that my nail art is a little too big on my nails (I only really noticed once I got home) and doesn't look as clean as it could be however, I do feel that the nail art tools could've been smaller to assist with this. Dorcus still did a fantastic job, and I can 100% see me coming back to BOA for when I need my nails to be done again in a few weeks time <3

Toes were done nicely. On the other invoice I don't understand the R10 says tips? I gave cash tips R20 each

Honestly the most relaxing 1 1/2 hours I’ve had in a while having my mani and pedi done at the same time while sipping a cup of tea and watching a movie on my phone. Couldn’t have asked for a better pick me up.

Always a wonderful experience. Andi the nail technician is amazing. Would highly recommend this salon.
