I used this salon for the first time & honestly couldn't be happier! The whole experience was relaxing with a warm and friendly owner Anu and a very talented hairdresser Nisa that instantly makes you feel comfortable in her chair. She's not only incredibly skilled but also listens to what you want & makes sure you leave feeling confident & amazing. She also gives great advice on products and aftercare without being pushy. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about her clients & takes pride in her work, Nisa is the one to see! I'm looking forward to going back and highly recommend!

Such a wonderful first experience at Zaira Rose! I enjoyed every second there, from the time I walked in to the moment I stepped out of the door. I was spoken to with such warmth by all staff members and felt very welcome. Nisa is an amazing hairstylist with such attention to detail! She really took care of me, paid attention to what I wanted and made sure I was happy throughout each step of the process. Very happy with my haircut, and the prices are so reasonable, for once I didn’t feel ripped off by a salon. Highly recommend!!l

I had a full head colour, restyle, and toning done today by Naisa, who was amazing! She took her time to explain every step, recommended great products, and helped me choose the perfect style and colour the result was stunning. The salon is beautifully maintained, with a lovely small café inside offering refreshments, sandwiches, and coffee. The owner, Anu, was also very friendly and polite and we also had a great chat toghether, so thank you for that also. A fantastic experience overall highly recommend!

The owner was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. I have already bought a package for weekly massage. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage and wonderful service!

I had a keratin treatment and the results were amazing. My hair feels smooth, soft, and beautifully straight with a healthy shine. The salon is clean, modern, and even has a café offering drinks. I had a wonderful experience at Zaira Rose with the Classic Facial Treatment. The place is beautifully decorated, warm, and welcoming... you instantly feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. The staff were very friendly and created such a calming atmosphere. The treatment itself left my skin glowing, soft, and refreshed... I walked out feeling lighter and brighter. There are also plenty of drink and food options available, which makes the visit feel even more thoughtful and complete.Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable time, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

I always leave Diana’s chair feeling delighted with my nails, and always get compliments on them too! She’s a professional and always takes the uttermost care, whether it’s for a manicure or pedicure. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my nails and I’ll be back again for my next appointment soon.

I had a pedicure, today, my overall experience at Chocolate and Nails today was good. It was my first time visiting and I came with my adult son, who I was also treating to a male pedicure. The female foot technician was very good and lovely and polite. I was asked if I want a hot beverage My son also. The only issue was my left pinky toe nail painted nail got smudged and because the technician had already put oil over the nails, she unfortunately failed to wipe off the oil. This sort if spoiled my experience. But overall I did enjoy my time of my feet being pedicured. Should cost less!!!
