This is the best salon in Chislehurst by far. Over the 30+ years I've lived in the area, no other salon has met with the friendliness, honesty and great ideas of the team here. This was my third visit I think and remains a 5* rating from me. It's a real community hair salon where people of all ages come together and share life experience whilst having a great self-care experience having their hair, nails etc done. Whilst I was there a 92 young lady with dementia came in with her daughter. Treated with absolute respect and patience by the team. Gemma did my hair perfectly as always!

Return visit! Showed Gemma a picture and she made it work for me. The beauty of this salon is they will explain everything, step my step. If something isn't going to suit you (or more importantly your hair) they will tell you but come up with an idea to give you what you want. I'm really happy - what I have is better than the picture I took in!!!!

Sarah is amazing. She is always professional, willing to answer any questions and offer recommendations. She always makes me feel comfortable and produces great results. Highly recommend.

As ever Sarah was great. Being pregnant my skin is a bit all over the place, but a facial with Sarah helps sort it right out! She also talks to me about my skin afterwards, giving me hints and tips to keep it looking fresh.

I brought my daughter here to have her prom hair up do with Megan and we were so happy with the results. Megan is really patient and friendly, she spoke through different styles with my daughter and was very kind. Thank you so much.

The owner Faith attended to me herself. Great consult, incredibly knowledgeable and explained every step of the process really well. Pain free when it came to the injections themselves. Can’t recommend highly enough!

I wish the stars went higher as I don't think 'Great' really reflects how the staff and service are in 'Faith'. I always really look forward to my visits, you automatically feel relaxed and included as soon as you walk through the door, whichever other clients are there.
