Su is fantastic hairdresser and genuinely nice caring person. She goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, care, advice and experience overall. I only go to ooh hair and beauty to get my hair done and i wouldn't change that. Su cuts and dyes my hair and has been helping me care for my post pregnancy hair changes for the last 5 years (2 kids within this time!) I always got loads of compliments on my hair and it's been worth every penny!

Gemma was amazing. I had a massage, it was only 20 pounds and one of the best massages I've had. I went into the massage with some problem areas which felt much better when I left. Cannot wait to go back again and cannot recommend it enough.

Always an excellent service. Emma takes her time and will make sure your nails look perfect. I never have an issue with the BIAB cracking or peeling.

Emma is a magician! Transformed ugly bitten stubby nails into beautiful and natural looking nails with art.
