Visiting The Hideaway is always a treat xx I’m nearly 70, and I’ve only started having mani/pedi’s 2 or 3 years ago, since moving to Hertfordshire x Evie is always smiling, confident, professional and thoughtful in every aspect of her work x It’s always a lovely, relaxing time spent at TH!! A Natural Need is a secret gem in Hertford. They offer a huge range of treatments - more than any other salon. The facials are the best. I recently had a peel which included a mask - I've never had a mask with a peel at other salons. The service & prices are great. Thank you :)

It was lovely, Bianca was on time and came prepared with everything she needed for my manicure and pedicure. I'm delighted with my bright red toenails and my fingernails now look good too with the clear protective polish. We chatted non-stop and I really enjoyed her company, thank you Bianca!

I had an amazing full body massage and a gel manicure, bianca was professional and I felt absolutely relaxed throughout my treatments the room had a lovely ambience and I loved the aromatherapy oil used, I had the best sleep after my massage! Would highly recommend bianca x
