Visiting The Hideaway is always a treat xx I’m nearly 70, and I’ve only started having mani/pedi’s 2 or 3 years ago, since moving to Hertfordshire x Evie is always smiling, confident, professional and thoughtful in every aspect of her work x It’s always a lovely, relaxing time spent at TH!! And it’s still a treat - I’ll never take it for granted - Evie always makes you feel special xx Christine xx

Evie was excellent 👌 friendly and always ready to listen 😊 she makes you feel special x comfortable and relaxed from the moment you walk into her exquisite salon x I’m moving to Bromley in Kent at the end of the month x but I will travel to see Evie every month x I would highly recommend any of her treatments x her professional nail manicure and pedicure are the best I’ve ever had ♥️♥️ thank you again, Evie (Give my regards to Graham!) 😂♥️

Wow Amazing can not highly recommend enough Olivia is just the most amazing lady.. very attentive perfectionist.. she done my nails today and they look incredible and done my eyebrow waxing, she is warm welcoming. And extremely good at what she does.. will be recommending her to all my friends and colleagues xxx thanks Olivia you are a star 🌟

A Natural Need is a secret gem in Hertford. They offer a huge range of treatments - more than any other salon. The facials are the best. I recently had a peel which included a mask - I've never had a mask with a peel at other salons. The service & prices are great. Thank you :)

5*as always! Rachel is so lovely & attentive, I have never normally enjoyed getting my nails done, but since coming to the hideaway I do, her work is immaculate & the coffee & treat is always a nice touch as well as the nice chats! I can never wait to come back!

It was lovely, Bianca was on time and came prepared with everything she needed for my manicure and pedicure. I'm delighted with my bright red toenails and my fingernails now look good too with the clear protective polish. We chatted non-stop and I really enjoyed her company, thank you Bianca!

I’ve had a pedicure with Laura before and she’s always been so sensitive to my needs. However today I had a ‘French’ shellac nail treatment on my hands and I can’t stop looking at them - she was so careful to make sure they were perfect. Highly recommend

As always Bianca made my nails perfect! Worked her magic on a broken nail which now looks as good as new! Eyebrow tint and wax, lip and chin wax 🙌🏻 I fell human again thank you! Highly recommend xx

Bianca was the loveliest nail tech I’ve ever met! She was so kind and warm and polite and she knows how to have a good chat! Best nails I’ve ever had, her attention to detail was exceptional. I would highly recommend!!!! And she’s gorgeous too! X
