Today was my first visit to Parlur Salon & Spa. I had the BEST experience with Ramona! She was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me as we went through the service. The head massage at the end was soooo relaxing and such a nice, added touch. I'll be back to see her again soon! As for the salon itself - Parlur was clean, tidy and everyone working there was nice and friendly.

Service was very good. The only reason it didn’t earn 5 stars was we had booked an appt with Avy and when we arrived she was busy with another client. Another tech did the service, while it was good and we were satisfied, it wasn’t who we booked the service with. I’m not sure if the schedule was double booked or she took a walk in?? Happy overall but would prefer to have service completed with the tech we booked the appt with.

Experience was absolutely wonderful. It was relaxing and she did a great job with clearing all the dead skin around my fingernails and hangnails. Not a single abrasion which is the case in almost every manicure I’ve received in other establishments. And, in addition, my nails look great!

I had such an amazing experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The salon was spotless, relaxing, and had a great atmosphere. My nail technician was incredibly detail-oriented and took the time to make sure my nails were shaped perfectly and the polish was flawless. I’m beyond happy with how my nails turned out—they look beautiful and have lasted so well. You can tell they truly care about quality and customer satisfaction. I left feeling pampered and refreshed. This is a great spot for a manicure, pedicure and a facial. Ramona is amazing. We chatted like we’d known each other for years on my first time at Parlur. I will definitely return..

Experience was good nail techs took their time but wish mine would have started the nail polish on my toes first so they had extra time to dry got home and a nail was smudged but otherwise ok

Friendly, thorough manicure and pedicure for myself and my granddaughter.

Overall it was good! I found that the hot stones were only used for a very short time as compared to visits in the past. Also the polish application is a little bit uneven. But everyone was courteous and overall I enjoyed my visit
