The lovely lady took time to treat my nails, however I felt the massage component lacked a little. I booked for a pedicure and thought I'd get the foot treatment and massage, (that I've had on other occasions) however I didn't get it this time? I did ask them lady if she had time to do a manicure, even though I hadn't booked that as well, and she said, we'd see if we had time. She did do the manicure, which I appreciated, however, no massage again. I was asked what colour I wanted on my (hand) nails, and I said pink, and the lady chose for me, not the usual option of me choosing from a wall

Poppy provided a professional service and was pleased with the time and care provided with my manicure.

Daniela does a great job, I love how she does traditional manicure and pedicure. She made sure to be very gentle on my nails. Highly recommended.

Loved my Delux manicure and pedicure. Poppy had such a calm energy and I enjoyed that I didn't feel like I had to make small talk. I could just could relax and enjoy. I even got some little red hearts on my nails. Absolutely love them and the experience was great.

Always have a great experience Seah and Twee. Even at Christmas time they managed to squeeze me in last minute and do a great job maintaining the strength and length of my natural nails with Briab.
