Had my first ever permanent make up/lip blush with Esmee last week, I was super excited, However I was a little apprehensive regarding the pain. Honestly I need not have worried. I actually nodded off at different stages of the process (sorry Esmee) I was completely relaxed and felt very comfortable through out the process. I would totally recommend Esmee, she is so gentle, patient, informative, she listens to you about choice of colour and guides you when deciding colours. I had a BIAB pedicure with Stella, and she did an absolutely amazing job! She was so friendly and welcoming, and even offered me a hot drink and a biscuit during my treatment. Stella went to the extra effort of applying my favourite shades to my nails so I could decide which one I liked best before curing them, which was hugely appreciated. Thank you, Stella – I love my nails and will definitely be back!
