Mehnaaz is professional and knows exactly what treatments will enhance and compliment you & would never carry out treatments which wouldn't dispute customer requests, which makes you put full trust in her knowledge and experience. Mehnaaz has been brilliant with my skincare journey so far. She’s listened to my concerns and started me with a new, simple skincare regime. Karen was lovely. Very approachable and clearly qualified and experienced. I felt I was in safe hands throughout. She is very keen to understand what outcome is expected before undertaking treatment to ensure it fully aligns to the client vision. I respect this approach and felt like she would readily advise against procedure or suggest a different approach. Would definitely recommend and return.

I can’t recommend Mehnaaz’s Map My Mole service enough. I had a mole checked by this service, who very quickly said they thought it should be checked by my GP. I followed the advice to have it removed, and it was confirmed as a BCC — thankfully caught early and completely removed with no further treatment needed. So grateful I got it checked when I did. This service truly works and gives real peace of mind. Thank you again! 💗
