Sophie is just a gem. Honestly, came back to her again told her my skin concern and knowing I’ve got an event coming up in 1 - 2 weeks time. She straight away addressed my skin concern keeping my event in mind. Honestly someone to come back to time and time and time again. Keep smashing it Sophie.

WOW I had the Buccal massage and honey facial which was truly relaxing and sent me to sleep! I’ve wanted to try the Buccal facial and it was wonderful, Natasha is an expert and for my first time I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend Dragonfly a peaceful find in a busy Leeds city centre.

I was really anxious having tear trough filler and was feeling a bit panicked, the experience was nothing that. You are made to feel relaxed, everything is explained to you and it’s very personal. I would 100% recommend.

It's always a pleasure to visit sophie, she always makes my skin feel better and I'd never trust anyone else with my skin like I do her 😊😊

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Great staff and just right location in very heart of central Leeds. You really don't feel like you are in central Leeds. Such a great hidden gem. Float and massage is the best combo you can have for the total relaxation. Will be back soon again. Thank you so much! :)x

Really knowledgeable and reassuring throughout, I’m so happy with the results.

My experience at Dragonfly Skin Spa in Leeds city centre was absolutely fantastic. Barbora, the massage therapist, worked wonders on my knots and tension. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I highly recommend this spa.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Jake really listened to what I wanted and focused on keeping the results natural. Very professional, calm, and reassuring and I’m very happy with the results - would highly recommend!!

Visited dragonfly for a float and a facial, both of which were amazing as was my therapist Laura - her massage technique was so good. Just a couple of points that would have made the visit even better – there is no changing room facility to freshen up in after your treatments. I was heading into Leeds and needed to do my hair get changed etc Also, the treatment room that I was in was at the top of the main stairs thankfully I visited on a quiet day, but I could imagine during peak times this room would get quite noisy - maybe the location could be reviewed?

They offered me a complimentary 45-min floatation therapy session and a 30-min massage with Tetiana to make up for last time. Rhegan gave me a warm welcome as well as a nice tea break. Some equipments could be replaced or fixed though. For instance, I couldn’t take a proper shower because the water was burning hot and couldn’t be set to lukewarm. The handle of the hairdryer was falling apart too. I still want to highlight the fact that Tetiana gives incredible massages. She’s amazing.
